The enclosure was bought on ebay for $4.49 listed as “Hard Disk Drive Shell Case for Xbox 360″. Seller is dealing from Hong Kong, but shipping was pretty quick.

I’m not sure what you’re asking. You flash the DVD drive, so it wouldn’t affect the hard drive

@12345mshughes The enclosure is made for any 2.5″ hard drive, which means any xbox hard drive will fit. Also, if you have any external portable hard drive or ancient laptop hard drives laying around, they are normally 2.5″ hard drives so they will also work. Hope this helps!
