Poker Lottery……The New Craze Sweeping The Xbox Live Nation

A fellow Xbox Live gamer has informed us of a new craze sweeping through the world of Texas Hold ‘em Poker on Xbox Live……Poker Lottery.

If you own the Xbox Arcade game Texas Hold ‘em Poker (as seeing as it was free for 2 days there is no reason why you shouldn’t) and fancy giving your bankroll a healthy boost you may be interested in taking part in a game of Poker Lottery next time your online.

The rules of the game are very simple, next time you’re in a multiplayer room and everyone agrees to take part, all the players at the table go ALL IN on their opening 2 card hand, the player with the best pair wins.

Of course as with most things in life there is always a downside, as well as winning you can also loose big as well. But of course taking the gamble is a quicker route to earning the hard to get “Millionaires Club” achievement.

So if you feel lady luck is smiling on you, you may want to try your hand at Poker Lottery.

Honest Xbox Live Gamer - That's not "Poker Lottery" its called cheating and people doing this kind of crap are bastardizing the game of poker as well as the xbox live experience.

Beggarman - well, you're obviously entitled to your opinion. But surely its just a different gamble. I mean, at the end of the day, you'ree playing Poker for gods sake!!(Cheating would be the last guy to go "all in", then folding. Leaving just one guy to beat!)

Aliboy - While agree people going ALL IN while trying to play a proper game of poker can ruin the Xbox Live Experience. But if you're in a game where everyone else agrees to play by the Poker Lottery rules then surely there is no harm done?

Anonymous - i agree with that. Who says that you cant make up your own games? I mean, gamers invented "Cat and Mouse" in project gotham racing 2. It was so succesful, they added it to PGR3!
