As reported yesterday, Final Fantasy XIII-2 sold 525,271 PS3 copies in Japan on its first day of availability; pretty excellent numbers for the sequel, and a small over 62 percent of shipped stock. But how did the Xbox 360 version do? As you might imagine, not nearly as well.

According to Andriasang, the Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII-2 debuted on Japanese sales charts at digit 48 selling only 10,000 units, or 30.23 percent of shipped stock…
